I am in a Confused State of Mind

The light

shone with darkness

it had no color

yet it had life

for the water

did not bring death.

Yet if death

had its say about light

then the water

would become darkness

would be life,

and it would have color.

The definition of color

is a lot like death

in that life

is the lack of light,

and death is, but of darkness,

and the absence of is water.

It may be that water

is missing color,

if darkness

is not death

and light

is not life.

However, being that life

can’t be water

then it must be light

and since color

is that of death

then it is meaningless to have darkness.

But, without darkness

there is no life,

and with it there is no death.

For water

has no color,

and needs no light.

It matter not of what darkness and light

become, but rather what color and life

really are without water and death.
